What you get

  • A comprehensive, intense, fun, challenging and motivating 6-week outdoor fitness adventure, consisting of daily 60-minute sessions. The regular sessions meet 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, and we have an optional run-only workout on Saturday mornings, as well as a 1-hour stretch/yoga session.

HDL uses a comprehensive systems biology approach to eliminate surprises and reverse the alarming increase in chronic disease by providing doctors with access to targeted disease management services for their patients, improved compliance with treatment plans, and health coaches to educate and personalize plans in order to improve outcomes. We will have a phlebotomist at your assessment session to perform a blood draw and provide you with a very extensive report detailing your current status.   • Nutritional education, tracking and analysis to ensure you are eating right to meet your weight and performance goals. We conduct nutrition classes in our offices on Sunday evenings. There we discuss the right way to eat for optimal health.
  • A team of enthusiastic, motivating people cheering you on to do your best.

What to expect

  • Once you have registered on our site and signed up for a specific class, we will contact you and arrange an introductory pre-workout session. There we will go over the program with you, give you some materials and do some initial testing. The initial orientation and assessment session is not optional and no one will begin the workout program until it has been completed. These sessions are typically held on Sunday afternoons. You will receive details once we have your registration. 
  • We'll start your fitness class on a Monday and will do your fitness testing on the first day. Starting on your second day we'll take you through an ever-changing workout routine to increase your strength, speed, endurance and work just about every muscle.


What we expect from you

  • Officially register for one of our classes on our website. You'll be asked to enter your coupon code so make sure you've purchased the deal and have your coupon ready.
  • Bring your coupon code to the first meeting.
  • Be there and ready to go. Our workout sessions start precisely at 6:00. If you're late, you may be left behind.
  • Bring a great attitude and be ready to work hard (but only as hard as you can -- you get to set the pace and work up to it).
  • Dress in comfortable clothes and wear good running shoes. You might want to bring gloves.
  • Come hydrated. Let's start a good habit of drinking lots of water throughout the day so you're ready to go.
  • This program only works if you come. You need to plan on coming every day. Clear the schedule and change your life. We want to give you the most results. That takes consistently coming everyday and pushing hard.  

A few other notes

  • We work out in all kinds of weather. The only time we cancel a workout is if there is lightning or if the road conditions would make it dangerous to drive. If in doubt, come. Or check our website or your email.
  • No two workouts are ever the same. One word you'll never hear at X-Team is "boring." We mix it up and provide lots of variety.
  • Every day we're in a different location around town. Again, the variety is great.
