12.14.15 | New 10-week Extreme Fitness Challenge Starting Soon

We're launching the “it’s time to stop screwing around and get serious” 10-Week Challenge on Monday, January 11, 2016. It's designed to take you from fat to fit in record time.
 
Whether you want to lose weight, increase flexibility, run faster, build strength or all of the above, we've got you covered. You'll develop sound fitness habits that you will use to lead a healthier lifestyle for a long time to come.
 
But it's not all about exercise. You'll get a nutrition package and comprehensive testing to find out exactly where you're at, and we'll track it all along the way.
 
We've created a special membership just for this challenge so you can bypass our normal membership requirements and complete the challenge with no long-term commitment. Of course, you can continue with us afterwards, but you're not obligated.
 
Price: $195 (for new or returning members; $50 for current X-Team members)

Includes:  

  • 10-week exercise program, Mon-Fri, 1 hour per day
  • Comprehensive baseline testing at the beginning and the end and progress tracking throughout
  • Nutrition classes and materials
  • 30-day meal plan
  • Weekly weigh-ins
  • Additional 1-hour run sessions on Saturdays
  • Additional 1-hour stretch sessions on Saturdays

Requirements to Win/Registration Process

  1. Come in and get a full assessment - body fat, weight, measurements
  2. Weigh in once a week
  3. Must maintain attendance percentage of 80% or better
  4. Must make every effort to wear the shirt
  5. Complete from a variety of fitness tests once every 2 weeks
  6. Baseline Fitness Test (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, run)
  7. 10-part Fitness Test
  8. 5k Run
  9.  Attend at least 3 nutrition classes and complete written test
  10. Watch 3 nutrition films
  11. Read Schwarzbein book
  12. Follow X-Team 30-day meal plan
     

Goals/objectives

  1. Lose 5% body fat per month
  2. Lose 10 pounds per month
  3. Improve your push-up score by 10% per week
  4. Improve your sit-up score by 10% per week
  5. Improve your pull-up score by 10% per week
  6. Improve your run/test time score by 10% per week


Rewards/Awards

  • Awards for different categories:
          • Highest percentage of body fat lost
          • Most weight lost
          • Most speed increased
          • Best attendance
          • Most improved in various performance events
  • Giveaway X-Team gear of varying value - hats, shirts, jackets
  • A special shirt for participants who successfully complete the challenge
  • Master prizes
  • Certificate of completion

Participants will earn weighted points for the various requirements with some weighted heavier than others. A cumulative score will be tabulated and awards will be distributed accordingly.
